Basin Stays is the short-term and extended-stay rental brand of Christian's Rentals LLC — a small, local operation built one home at a time in Odessa, TX.

Why We Started

Odessa needed better furnished housing.

The Permian Basin runs on people who need a real place to stay — oilfield crews on rotation, travel nurses covering shifts at Odessa Regional and Medical Center Hospital, corporate teams on assignment, and families in the middle of relocating. Most of what's out there is either a sterile extended-stay hotel or a rental with no one answering the phone.

Basin Stays exists to be the better option: fully furnished, professionally cleaned, and hosted by someone local who picks up the phone.

How We Operate

Self-managed, start to finish

Every part of the guest experience — from the listing photos to who shows up when something needs fixing — runs through Christian's Rentals LLC directly.
