Both properties use secure self check-in, including late arrivals — no need to coordinate a meet-up time.
Direct bookings under 30 nights include Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax (6% state + 7% City of Odessa) added at checkout, same as it would be through any platform — we just don't add a separate service fee on top.
